FDR-850/2 (KYIVFLEX) - 2-color flexoprinting machine of stack building for printing on polymeric film, paper, foil, laminated film, cardboard.
Structure of the machine:
Printed section with two inking units of doctor type, units of rewind-unwind, control unit. The skeleton of section has the raised rigidity and is made of constructional steel. Metallic printed, forming and anilox shafts are chromed. Anilox shafts - up to 180 lines per centimeter.
Pneumatic drive performs automatic clamping and offsetting of the forming cylinders. Regulation horizontal and vertical register is implemented by high-precession pair and gears. Mechanical frictions are installed for regulation of tension of material. The asynchronous motor of main drive is controlled by frequency converter.
For adjustment of a tension of a cloth on rewind-unwind are applied mechanical frictions.
The drive is carried out from the asynchronous engine with operating through frequency the converter. Section for transportation and drying of the material is placed over the technological sections. Drying is performed by air and the temperature is controlled automatically. Air is transmitted through the jets, which are installed between the printing unit and the transportation frame tunnels. There’s an exhausting system of paint vapors. |
