Semi automatic gilding press KPP-360 is designed for making different types of gilding, including stamping of foil on bindings and covers of books and blanks. It can make visiting cards, post cards, letterheads etc. Stamp is installed on the forming plate and its position is adjusted according to the thickness of the products. Products are placed on the moving lower plate. Drive of the plate performs the role of the power mechanism, which creates force for stamping. Film-pulling mechanism for foil has individual drive. Signaling and manipulating devices, settings of the technological mode are situated on the control desk.
Set-point temperature of the forming plate is maintained automatically.
