FDR-1000/8 (KYIVFLEX)
8-color flexoprinting machine with central impression (CI) for multicolor printing on roll materials with width up to 1040 mm. This machine is designed for high-quality flexoprinting on a wide range of packaging materials such as LDPE, LLDPE, HOPE, BOPP, CPP, PP, PA, PET, cellophane, aluminum foil, laminated materials and paper .
1.Printing section.
Printing section with the central printing cylinder (inking units are efficiently placed around it). Printing cylinder is made of high precession quality construction steel and chromed. Framework is made of high-quality cast-iron thickness 90 mm. Printing cylinder has double walls and locations (and is connected to the thermo stating system). The metallic forming shafts are chromed, also the forming shafts can be pneumatic with polymer cartridges on them(option). Inking unit with closed chamber doctor blades is equipped with anilox metallic or ceramic shafts (up to 320 lines per centimeter). Closed chamber doctor blades can easy change their position from work to maintenance. Automatic clamping and offsetting in 0-position of the forming cylinders (regulation of pressing) perform step-servo motors through high-precession gearboxes with ball-screw pairs. Regulation horizontal and vertical register is implemented by high-precession pair on printing units or by operating console of electro motorized drives (option).
Hydraulic clips are fixed forming and anilox shafts at the moment of printing. There is automatic removing of anilox shafts from forming shafts and then forming shafts from printing cylinders in the time of machine’s stop, it provides cleaning of forms. The anilox shafts have individual drives and are rotated at this moment to prevent drought of paints. The asynchronous motor of main drive is controlled by frequency converter.
2. Unwinding unit.
Unit installed on the cast-iron frame with wall’s thickness 70 mm.
Unwinding unit has one spindle with pneumatic fixing of roll in standard features, which enables use of rolls wit diameter up to 1000 mm. It is possible that two spindles are used on unwind and rewind units (option). Installing of roll with spindle is made with the help of electrical lifter.
The material moves form spindle to printing cylinder through system of guide shafts, dancing shafts, activator (option), edge guide system and pressing tension shafts with pneumonic-cylinders. Electromagnetic braking clutch is installed on unwinding spindle, which performs constant tension of material. Force of braking is regulated from sensor’s signals on the dancing shafts. These shafts are equipped with pneumatic loaders and polyspast system with high sensitivity. Edge guide control system with ultrasound sensors and controllers and video wed control system (option) are installed in unwinding zone before printing sections.
3. Section of transportation and drying.
Section for transportation and drying of the material is placed over the technological sections. On this section are installed motor of main drive, hydraulic station, ventilators, air tunnels and guide rollers. Drying consist of two part: drying between printing sections and drying of printed materials in tunnel. Each system has separate heater’s units and ventilators. Ventilator’s motors are operated with frequency converters, to regulate quantity of heating air. There’s an exhausting system of paint vapors.
4. System of stabilization of material.
There are cooling and tension stabilization system for non-admission deformation and change length of printing of material. The material is moved through cooling shafts and pressing rubber rollers. The drive of cooling shafts with asynchronous motor is controlled by frequency converter. Operating sensor’s signals of sensor shafts on the exit from drying are fixed of change of material’s tension . Water cools the cylinder.
5. Rewinding unit.
Unwinding section with pneumatic shaft. Section is equipped with cooling cylinders, automatics tension control system and edge guide control system (option). Electromagnetic braking clutch is installed on the rewinding spindle for constant tension of the materials. Tension system on the rewinding section provides tension from 40 to 250 N. The asynchronous motor of spindle’s drive with feedback through the sensor shaft is controlled by frequency converter. Sensor shafts may be changed on dancing shaft’s system (option). Guide shaft’s device has pneumatic loaders with regulation in each support.
6. Electrical equipment and operating system.
Electrical equipment is placed in electrical cabinets and in permanent. Operating system is built on base of programmed controllers, which perform: logical interaction of all machine’s units; giving out information for operation; receive operator’s command from consol. Operating system determines of position of forming and anilox shafts and installed parameters during printing. This system is placed on the separate console with monitor, which shows parameters of all systems and all danger situations. Operator can save parameters of each order in computer’s memory of main operating console.
